4

Nasolbial Folds

The nasolabial folds, commonly known as "smile lines" or "laugh lines", are the two skin folds that run from each side of the nose to the corners of the mouth. They are defined by facial structures that support the buccal fat pad. Dermal fillers can be applied to just under the skin in the nasolabial fold region or the upper cheek to give the cheeks a lift, making the nasolabial folds less noticeable.

5

Marionette Lines

Marionette lines are vertical skin folds or wrinkles which start from the corners of the mouth and head in a downwards direction, eventually reaching the chin. The appearance of marionette lines coincides with a loss of skin firmness, elasticity and volume in the lower face. Restoring lost volume and structure to the face can help define and support areas of laxity, such as the appearance of lines around the nose and mouth. Genetics, sun exposure and smoking can all cause these lines to appear and worsen, often accelerating the effects. Like many other areas of facial ageing, marionette lines can be addressed effectively with the use of dermal or soft tissue fillers.

Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Keeping your face smooth and supple is no easy task. Wrinkles form as our skin gets older and loses its elasticity, something sun damage can hurry along. Injectable anti-ageing treatments are a quick and convenient way to smooth out lines which appear on the forehead, as well as around the eyes and mouth, without the need for invasive surgery.

7

Hyperhidrosis

Excess sweating, also known as hyperhidrosis, is caused when sweat glands are over-active. The body normally sweats to regulate body temperature but those with hyperhidrosis, however, suffer unnecessary sweating which can often lead to embarrassment. Thankfully, the condition is treatable and can be managed by relaxing the muscles of the sweat gland in order reduce the production and secretion of sweat.
